Meet the Chefs of Del Mar

The 17^th Annual Meet the Chefs of Del Mar event will take place on Sunday, April 14^th.

This ultimate gourmet experience allows you the opportunity to sample signature dishes from fifteen of Del Mar’s finest restaurants. Accompany your cuisine with premium wines from Young’s Market Company, as you peruse around the poolside of the Hilton Del Mar meeting award-winning chefs.

Enjoy the Chefs’ Food & Wine Tastings or upgrade to a fabulous private VIP Reception, which includes the wine tasting, hors d’oevres, a cooking demonstration by Jon Palsson of Harrah’s and valet parking.

Revel in the musical selections by popular local band Coastal Eddy, as you savor some of San Diego’s most exquisite delicacies.

Meet the Chefs of Del Mar will also hold an auction to give you a chance to bid on items, such as donated dinners from participating restaurants.

For a delightful bonus, enter the featured drawing for an “Instant Wine Cellar,” a selection of premium wines valued at $2,000.

To recognize Child Abuse Prevention month, Meet the Chefs of Del Mar has teamed with Casa de Amparo. All proceeds will support Casa de Amparo programs and services for abused, neglected and at-risk children and families throughout San Diego County.
